As you enter through the Castle’s 15th Century Gatehouse an impressive courtyard greets you.

Upon arrival guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne, which can be enjoyed from the Castle’s Large Drawing Room overlooking the Lake, or from the Main Hall of the East Wing. On bright days or summer evenings, drinks can be taken onto the Castles Terrace or Courtyard.

The Ripley Castle Estate can cater for a wide range of celebrations, from an intimate family dinner in the Castle’s Dining Room, to larger corporate events of up to 120 in the Long Gallery of the East Wing. We are proud that our high standard of catering is produced in house by our own chefs. A wide range of menus and wines selected by Sir Thomas Ingilby’s are available to accommodate all tastes.
