Log Heights:-
If you go down to the woods today you will be lucky if you find a picnic but you will almost certainly come across a group of people having the time of their lives in the boughs of the ancient oak and beech trees.
They will be participating in a Log Heights training day, and they could be doing it as part of a team building, personal development and networking course, or they could just be doing it for the sheer pleasure of doing something completely different and challenging, for fun.
Young or old, fit or couch potato, comfortable with heights or terrified of leaving the ground: no one will be asked to go beyond his or her comfort zone, and everybody gets to play a crucial role.
This is an exercise that dramatically develops teamwork and trust, and everyone will get a terrific buzz from it. It is a first class way of taking the lesson from 'the classroom' in the castle to the great outdoors and putting it all into practice in a way that none of them will ever forget. It can be done as a full day, or in the form of two or three half days with classroom training sessions between the outdoor sessions, and everyone staying at the Boar's Head Hotel in the village.
The Log Heights course is located two hundred metres from Ripley Castle and the Boar's Head Hotel, so the logistics couldn't be easier and the setting couldn't be lovelier.
Log Heights: where teamwork training and development, first-class enjoyment and massive personal satisfaction come together to produce a highly satisfactory and unforgettable result.
